The challenge
Teams that change camp almost daily, hikes in areas with no signal and transfers from the airport to the project; risk was tracked with a hand-made monthly traffic light.
What we did
A three-week pilot with 22 participants, then the risk platform in three states with 24/7 monitoring by Centro and biweekly briefings. In training, the airport-to-project route was plotted with stops, risky hotels and alerts; five months later the customer was replicating the route report format with its own municipalities.
