The challenge
The security team received risk as a monthly report; executive movements and events were decided with weeks-old data.
What we did
Three years in three steps: the risk platform across 32 states with analysis by branch, by municipality and executive protection by site and route; then two 24/7 Centro alert groups (executives and branch network); and since 2026 Parvada for its executive protection team, with the panic buttons connected to its own monitoring center and tracking in pilot. Its analysts now build their own dashboards and routes.
